Press Release from Nickelodeon

T.U.F.F. Puppy, the new action-packed animated comedy from Nicktoon hit-maker Butch Hartman (The Fairly OddParents), follows the hilarious escapades of Dudley Puppy (voiced by iCarly’s Jerry Trainor), an average canine who finds himself accidentally thrust into the role of secret agent for an underground crime-fighting organization.

In “Dog Daze,” premiering Saturday, Nov. 27, at 10 a.m. (ET/PT), Snaptrap, D.O.O.M.’s villainous leader, is convinced that he will never be able to reach his goal of supremacy over Petropolis as long as Dudley works for T.U.F.F.  Snaptrap devises an evil plan to hypnotize Dudley and make him act so crazy that the Chief will be forced to fire him.  In “Chilly Dog,” following at 10:30 a.m. (ET/PT), things get frosty when Dudley and Kitty’s latest secret mission requires the crime-fighting duo to go undercover as ice skaters after the world’s greatest figure skaters are kidnapped.

T.U.F.F. Puppy has emerged as a bona fide hit since its October premiere.  Quarter to date, the series ranks as the number-two animated series with kids 2-11 on all TV (behind only SpongeBob SquarePants), averaging 3.4 million total viewers during its Saturday morning premieres.
