Nexus Appoints New Executive Producer, Judy Hill

London-based production company and animation studio announces the appointment of Judy Hill as Executive Producer in charge of New Business.

London-based production company and animation studio Nexus has announced the appointment of Judy Hill as Executive Producer in charge of New Business. In her new role, Hill will take direct responsibility for the day-to-day development of new business. The newly created role covers commercials, high level brand opportunities, integrated solutions, geographical growth and broadening client pull alongside Co-Founders Chris O’Reilly and Charlotte Bavasso along with Managing Director James Tomkinson.

Nexus has become recognised as one of London’s leading independent creative studios, picking up multiple accolades at last month’s Cannes Lions Awards.

“This appointment demonstrates our continued commitment to developing our business,” said James Tomkinson, MD, Nexus Productions. “We’re very happy to welcome Judy into the Nexus fold. We’ve landed one of the most accomplished and energetic doers in our sphere. From the moment we met with Judy it was clear her ambition fitted our own.”

Hill joins Nexus from Nice Shirt Films where she held the position of MD. Prior to Nice Shirt, Hill established her industry credentials by spending over seven years at Outsider as Head of Marketing and New Business. She brings with her a wealth of senior experience, a deep understanding of the space and ability to drive new business along with a reputation for seeking and nurturing new talent. On her new role Hill said:

“Nexus represents everything that I wanted to find and everything agencies and clients should want to find in a production company: the strength of talent right across the company, combined with their unique approach to commercials, interactive and original content, make Nexus a truly integrated production company and therefore incredibly appealing. I am delighted to be joining them.”
