Neptuno Films Sets New Deals In Latin America

The production/distribution company Neptuno Films has sealed new pan regional sales of its animation production portfolio in Latin America.

Cartoon Network Latin America has acquired seasons 1 and 2 of KING ARTHURS DISASTERS. A co-production of Neptuno Films with Zenith Ent., KING ARTHURS DISASTERS has been airing on ITV in the U.K. Other partners include Nick UK, Cartoon Network France, ABC Australia, Disney Italy, among others.

Both Neptuno and Zenith are producers and financiers of the series. distribution is split between Neptuno, which handles the Spanish and Portuguese speaking-territories and Cake Ent. who handles the rest of the world.

Nickelodeon Latin America has acquired 104 episodes of DOUGIE IN DISGUISE. The series joins the preschool brands of the channel and is due to broadcast soon.

DOUGIE has been a hit on France 5 and has also been acquired by TPS, TV Ontario, Société Radio Canada, Animania and BFTV in the U.S. plus many more, adding up to more than 100 territories.

Discovery Kids Latin America is the third pan regional broadcaster, which has acquired three seasons of CONNIE THE COW over past three years through a distribution deal with Alliance Atlantis.
