Award-winning integrated creative company Brand New School has announced the addition of Nellie Chung as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.

Chung joins the team as an accomplished business development strategist, having recently acted as VP of Client Solutions at broadcast communications and digital production company Synaptic Digital. Chung was also part of the teams at Magnet Media, Vidicom, Nielsen, and Encompass Media.

With a diverse background that includes stints in the publishing, broadcast, and digital arenas, Chung will help Brand New School to refine their strategic vision by applying her experience in devising content for prominent brands. Chung will use her unique understanding of industry and consumer perspectives and the enduring relationships she has forged with key players across the global advertising industry to expand opportunities for the company.

On the heels of a recent re-brand, Brand New School welcomes Chung amidst one of its most creatively successful years to date. With robust DesignLive Action, and Digital offerings, Brand New School executes a wide array of projects, including animation, live action commercials and branded content, VFX, branding, digital projects, and apps.

Brand New School prides itself in bringing a unique, collaborative approach to its projects, and believes fully in the power of design to tell their clients’ stories. Recently, they created a philanthropic interactive installation for long-time Boston Marathon sponsor Poland Spring which captured the inspirational spirit of the marathon by including two video walls with motivating messages as well as an interactive fundraising effort. Other examples of their client offerings include an animated Times Square digital takeover for Oreo, and a visually bold commercial for Knob Creek, among others.
