Cuppa Coffee Studios has inked more deals with international broadcasters for its growing BRUNO & THE BANANA BUNCH brand. The studio has deals either signed or at an advanced stage of negotiation for Scandanavia, Portugal, the Middle East, both English- and Spanish-speaking U.S., Korea, Holland and French-speaking Canada. Julie Fox at Paris-based AWOL is handling the sales, as well as lining up prospective home video deals for the same territories.
BRUNO & THE BANANA BUNCH launched on the CBC in Canada earlier this year and is also currently airing on Discovery Channel in Latin America, where it has proven especially popular with female viewers.
Cuppa Coffee President and Exec Producer Adam Shaheen is now focused on finding the right broadcaster for a UK sale, as well as working with Charlie Day of the Sharpe Company on a major merchandising and licensing push.
