Megamind Remains on Top of U.S. Box Office

DreamWorks Animation's MEGAMIND secured the top spot at the U.S. box office for the second week in a row.

DreamWorks Animation's MEGAMIND secured the top spot at the U.S. box office for the second week in a row. For the weekend of Nov. 12-14, 2010, the superhero spoof added $30.1 million to its $89.8 million cume.

Fox's UNSTOPPABLE crashed into second with $23.5 million. The runaway train actioner has vfx from Asylum VFX, Eye-Spy Prods. and Hirota Paint Industries.

Warner Bros. DUE DATE slipped to third with $15.5 million. With visual effects from Method Studios, the road trip comedy has a cume of $59 million.

Universal's SKYLINE invaded fourth with $11.7 million. The alien invasion flick has vfx from Hydraulx,

Paramount's MORNING GLORY reported from fifth with a debut take of $9.63 million.

Lionsgate's FOR COLORED GIRLS fell from third to sixth, adding $6.75 million to its cume of $30.9 million.

Summit's RED gunned for seventh with another $5.11 million. With vfx from CIS Vancouver, the comics-inspired flick has a cume of $79.8 million.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2 haunted eighth place with an additional $3.05 million. The horror hit has made $82 million to date.

Lionsgate's SAW 3D hacked up another $2.75 million. The final installment in the gruesome series has earned $43.5 million thus far.

Rounding out the top 10, JACKASS 3-D added $2.3 million to its impressive $114.7 million cume.
