Magnet Releasing has acquired the U.S. rights to Ti West's THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL, reports VARIETY. The indie horror flick will hit VOD in September and arrive in theaters around Halloween. WEST is the writer, director and editor of the film, which stars Jocelin Donahue, Greta Gerwig, Tom Noonan and Mary Woronov. Roger Kass, Josh Braun, Larry Fessenden and Peter Phok are the producers.
