m4e Picks up 2 New Films from March Entertainment

m4e AG has secured worldwide TV and home entertainment distribution rights (excl. North America and Australia) to March Entertainment’s, new animation feature films.

Höhenkirchen/Munich: The German brand management and media company m4e AG has secured worldwide TV and home entertainment distribution rights (excl. North America and Australia) to March Entertainment’s, Canada, new animation feature films “Dex Hamilton” and “Tossed in Space”. m4e’s international distribution arm Telescreen B.V. will be presenting both features at MipTV in Cannes (booth R33.05) first-time.

The CGI-animated movies are currently in production. “Dex Hamilton” will be available in summer 2012 while “Tossed in Space” is slated for a fall 2012 delivery.

“Dex Hamilton” (80 minutes) features a rollicking animated sci-fi adventure with 31st century hero and entomologist Dex Hamilton standing between the forces of evil and the most incredible insect species the galaxy has ever known. The movie’s target group are kids of 6-12 years. In another time in the near future, Captain Brannock is literally “Tossed in Space” (90 minutes) with the fate of mankind lying in his hands. But that’s only what he thinks his mission against the evil aliens is about, in this hilarious sci-fi comedy, targeting at kids of 8-16 years.
