Lynn Chadwick has been promoted from vp, European sales and distribution to vp, worldwide sales and distribution for Nelvana Enterprises, responsible for overseeing sales activities around the globe. She has moved from the London office to company headquarters in Toronto with all international sales execs reporting directly to her. Chadwick reports to Doug Murphy, president, Nelvana Enter.
Chadwick joined Nelvana in 2002 after serving as vp of Greenlight International B.V. Prior to her position at Greenlight, Chadwick was international at Salter Street Films International. She oversaw the establishment and significant growth of its international division, establishing Salter Street as a leading Canadian producer and supplier of television content.
Nelvana Enterprises is the business unit recently established to focus on leveraging Corus Ent.s intellectual properties internationally. Nelvana Ltd. is one of the worlds leading international producers and distributors of childrens programming and products. Nelvana is owned by Corus Ent. (www.corusentertainment.com), a Canadian-based media and entertainment company. Corus is a market leader in both specialty TV and radio. The companys other interests include music, television broadcasting and advertising services.
