Lifemode Interactive Exhibits at CGI Festival 2004

Lifemode Interactive, the facial animation and lip-synching software developers, will be participating at the CGI Festival 2004 in Leeds (Nov. 9-10, 2004, at the Royal Armouries Museum) and London (Dec. 7-8 at the Business Design Centre). This marks the first 3D graphics show in the U.K. since Digital Arts World nearly two years ago.

Lifemode will be demonstrating its facial animation and lip-synching technology: LIFESTUDIO: HEAD 2.6. The software contains an impressive set of features supported by the original Macro-Muscles technology. These include easy modeling, realistic texturing, automated lip-synch and many other fully functional facial animation features, and supports both export-import with 3ds max and Maya packages. LIFESTUDIO: HEAD 2.6 is available in three box versions: Standard Editor, Standard Artist and Pro packages, and includes a comprehensive library of tools and character templates.

The LIFESTUDIO: HEAD 2.6 facial animation package is intended for games, multimedia products, animation movies, TV graphics, business presentations, interactive help systems, education programs and an assortment of character-based web projects. Now all game studios and graphic artists can enjoy a very inexpensive way of creating realistic and believable lifelike characters. You can now download a free demo version at www.lifemi.com.

Lifemodes realtime character animation technology has been used in recent game projects, including FireFly Studios new game STRONGHOLD 2, being published in early 2005 by Global Star Software, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, and also in one of Russias best strategy games of 2003: JoWood/Nivals SILENT STORM.

Lifemode welcomes all visitors to booth #40 at CGI Leeds to see its latest technology.

Lifemode Interactive (www.lifemi.com) is an independent software company specializing in development of 3D games-related technologies. Lifemode Moscow employs a strong team of 27 skilled specialists in art, programming and game design. Most of them once formed the core team of Animatek International.

The CGI Festival will not just consist of presentations and master classes, it will also feature a Networking Pavilion, where you can register your details to find out where the next project is being commissioned, and a screening theater, which will be showcasing new work from new companies as well as new artists.
