Toei Taps TLC Germany For Dragon Ball Merchandise

Toei Animation has appointed The Licensing Company Germany as the merchandising broker for DRAGON BALL, DRAGON BALL Z, and DRAGON BALL GT.

According to the agreement, The Licensing Company Germany will handle Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland. The Licensing Company will have all merchandising rights for the brand with the exception of toy, videogame, publishing and Lamincards categories.

Now boasting 508 episodes, the DRAGON BALL phenomena follows Goku’s quest to become the strongest martial artist in the universe and his search for the seven magic Dragon Balls in a saga that encompasses three parts: DRAGON BALL, DRAGON BALL Z and DRAGON BALL GT.

DRAGON BALL is an adaptation of Japanese comicbook from Akira Toriyama. Since the animated series started produced in 1986, is has been continually broadcast in major European countries.
