JimJam Takes To The Sky With Air New Zealand

London, Monday 22 June 2009: Global pre-school channel JimJam, a joint venture between HIT Entertainment and Chellomedia, today announced a deal with Air New Zealand to provide an exclusive bespoke pre-school children's channel for young air travellers.
The initial one year deal will see JimJam providing 120 minutes of new programming for transmission every three months on Air New Zealand's international services. Passengers will have the option of non-stop viewing or tailoring their own schedule on a programme by programme basis.

We are very much looking forward to growing our partnership with Air New Zealand and are pleased to provide high quality entertainment for the many younger passengers on board."
Further advances for JimJam also include a new Video on Demand service on the largest cable television and digital TV provider in the Netherlands, Ziggo. Under the terms of the deal up to 4 hours of top named JimJam series will be available and refreshed on a monthly basis for subscribers of the 'Delight' package.
Since its launch, JimJam has rapidly expanded into more than 50 territories, including Poland, Russia, Hungary, Switzerland, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, The Middle East and Singapore. Reflective of its international reach, JimJam is now available in ten languages including Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic, Hungarian, Italian, Czech, Polish, Swiss German, Russian and English. The brand also has a strong online presence with 11 localised websites on www.jimjam.com
