U.K.-based Entertainment Rights will be debuting KUNG FU MAGOO -- the latest in a long line of Mr. Magoo adventures -- at MIPCOM 2008 in Cannes, France.

Produced in conjunction with Mexico's Anima Estudios, Motion Toons and ER's Classic Media, KUNG FU MAGOO (1 X 80 minutes) brings back screen legend Quincy Magoo, and drops him into his biggest, baddest, bumblingest adventure yet. Audiences around the world have been craving a new Magoo adventure, and this time he's back with a martial arts twist to rid the world of evil villains -- and having a blast doing it!

Featuring top voice talent from the U.S., including THE SUITE LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY's Cole and Dylan Sprouse, as well as Alyson Stoner from CAMP ROCK, -- the program is set for a theatrical release in Mexico in 2009. Entertainment Rights in North America will release the feature as a Direct-to-Video through its distribution partner Genius Products.

This feature length film stars the beloved Mr. Magoo and his 12 year-old nephew Justin as they dodge giant robotic spiders, ninjas on jet skis, and Tan-Gu's mutant "Beasteens" (half animal, half teenage girl) -- and that's before the Evil-lympics even begin. When supervillain Tan-Gu invites the world's most notorious bad guys to his island fortress to compete in an Olympic-style tournament of evil, the fate of the free world hangs in the balance. With competitions like the 100-meter Destructive Rampage, Laser Cage Wrestling, and the Evil Egg and Spoon Race, Justin must work double-time to help his uncle stay in the competition and avoid danger at every turn.
