Organized by the Childrens Film Society, India, The Golden Elephant celebrates the childrens film movement in India. The event brings together filmmakers and children from India and abroad. The event pays special attention to films that address problems that affect youth. The festival consists of an international competition, Asian panorama, Childrens World non-competitive section, retrospectives, special screenings and creative workshops.
