King & Still Launch Digital Agency KISS

Peter King and Darryl Still announce the creation of a new full-management agency, KingStill International Software Services.

London -- Peter King and Darryl Still announced the creation of a new full-management agency founded, owned and managed by themselves. Called KISS Ltd (KingStill International Software Services), the agency will specialize in helping games developers get their titles listed on all of the available digital distribution platforms, and once listed, manage them for maximum exposure and revenue.

“We are delighted and excited to be announcing this company, we feel that our innovation, advantage and straightforward view of the potential offered by the digital distribution platforms allows us to cut through the red tape, keep business simple and helps maximize revenue flow for both developers and the digital outlets alike,” King and Still commented.

King and Still boast nearly 60 years combined experience in the leisure software industry with stints at such industry names as Atari, Activision, Mattel, Electronic Arts, Novalogic and NVIDIA. For the last 6 years they have been working the international publishing business for 1C, Russia's largest games business. They have led the way in supplying the digital markets by introducing 1C's large catalogue to all the digital platforms 3 years ago, and achieving hugely successful results.

King and Still will continue to represent 1C's extensive catalogue, but from 2013 this will be done through KISS Ltd. All current contracts and rights remain unchanged under this new representation.

KISS Ltd will also represent Lace Mamba Digital, the digital arm of the Lace Mamba Global group, which consists of Lace Video and Mamba Games.

KISS Ltd is also creating a Kiss Digital label, which will hold contracts with all major digital vendors, and represent individual titles from smaller independent developers through these platforms.

Working with a team of major industry names in UK, Europe, North and South America, as sub contractors for development, events and general industry knowledge, KISS Ltd will be announcing other major partnerships and representations over the coming weeks and months.
