Producers Andrew MacDonald and Allon Reich have confirmed to EMPIRE that Karl Urban will play Judge Dredd in a new feature film. The producers said they plan on making the new film a hard-R production. Pete Travis (VANTAGE POINT) is directing. Production will take place in Johannesburg, South Africa.
