In other news, Jupitermedia announced that its evp/cfo, Christopher J. Baudouin has submitted his resignation to the company. Baudouin has been cfo of Jupitermedia since its inception in 1998. He will continue with the company through Dec. 31, 2006 to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities until a successor is appointed. Christopher S. Cardell, Jupitermedias president/coo, will serve as interim cfo until a successor is appointed.
Chris Baudouin has been an important contributor to the growth and success of Jupitermedia. He has been with us through our many business acquisitions, sales and other transactions, and never wavered under the pressure of a very demanding workload, stated Meckler.
