Jupiterimages Launches Animation Subscription Service as EVP/CFO Resigns

Jupitermedia Corp. announced that it has launched a paid subscription service for its animated online greeting cards on JupiterGreetings.com (www.jupitergreetings.com). Annual subscriptions are available for $7.95. In addition to being able to send state-of-the-art animated greeting cards online, JupiterGreetings.com offers e-mail reminders of important dates, an address book feature, a place to save favorite cards for future use, a growing inventory of new cards and other unique features. JupiterGreetings.com also offers a new photo-sharing service enabling subscribers to upload up to ten personal photos into special photo greeting cards that they can send to friends and family.

Our team at Animation Factory (www.animationfactory.com) is the driving force behind JupiterGreetings.com. Over the past few years they have created over 400,000 high-quality 3D animations and movies and have reshaped them to be the backbone of a fast growing animated greeting card collection now one of the largest online, stated Alan M. Meckler, chairman/ceo of Jupitermedia Corp. By combining these animations with music and sound effects from our RoyaltyFreeMusic.com (www.royaltyfreemusic.com), we have efficiently and rapidly created a new line of business, leveraging our talented creative team and our vast library of wholly-owned digital content, added Meckler.

In other news, Jupitermedia announced that its evp/cfo, Christopher J. Baudouin has submitted his resignation to the company. Baudouin has been cfo of Jupitermedia since its inception in 1998. He will continue with the company through Dec. 31, 2006 to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities until a successor is appointed. Christopher S. Cardell, Jupitermedias president/coo, will serve as interim cfo until a successor is appointed.

Chris Baudouin has been an important contributor to the growth and success of Jupitermedia. He has been with us through our many business acquisitions, sales and other transactions, and never wavered under the pressure of a very demanding workload, stated Meckler. While it is never easy to part company with a long-time colleague, we are fortunate that Chris has developed a strong financial team under his direction and that we will not miss a beat through this transition. We all wish him continued success in his future endeavors, added Meckler.

My years at Jupitermedia have been personally and professionally rewarding. The pace of growth at the company has been incredible. I want to thank Alan Meckler and Chris Cardell for both the opportunities provided to me and their leadership over the years, stated Christopher J. Baudouin. While I am looking forward to the challenges ahead, I continue to be optimistic about the future for Jupitermedia, added Baudouin.
