The Jacob Burns Film Center is a non-profit cultural arts center dedicated to: presenting the best of independent, documentary, and world cinema; promoting visual literacy; and making film a vibrant part of the community. The Film Center continues its commitment to pioneering animation programs with a monthly animation series (The Wide World of Animation); hands-on animation programs for local school children; and Animation Shorts Suite, a program featuring shorts before first-run features each summer

We are currently seeking art-animation shorts of less than 5 minutes, to consider for Animation Shorts Suite summer 2004. Animation Shorts Suite is directed to an adult audience. We are interested in excellence in all animation styles and subjects. Each animated short selected is shown for a period of one week.
