Jack Wadsworth Joins Pixar Board As Pixar Joins The Nasdaq 100

John S. Wadsworth, Jr., honorary chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, has joined Pixar's Board of Directors, bringing the number of directors to seven. Wadsworth, who is an advisory director for Morgan Stanley globally, has spent nearly two decades overseeing the firm's policy and business strategies throughout Asia and Australia, including serving on the Investment Banking Operating Committee, Chairman of the Firm Investment Account Committee, and Chairman of Morgan Stanley Ventures. Wadsworth joins Pixar's current directors: Skip Brittenham, partner in Ziffren, Brittenham, Branca & Fischer; Ed Catmull, President of Pixar Animation Studios; Joseph Graziano, former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sun Microsystems; Steve Jobs, CEO of Pixar and Apple Computer; Lawrence B. Levy, former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Pixar; Joe Roth, founder, Revolution Studios and former Chairman of the Walt Disney Studios; and Larry Sonsini, chairman and chief executive officer, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Pixar has also announced that it will become a component of The NASDAQ-100 Index, effective at the beginning of trading Monday, December 23, 2002. The NASDAQ-100 Index is composed of the 100 largest non-financial stocks listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market based on market capitalization.
