With the DC Comics sale firmly in place, WB has created a new company known as DC Entertainment, notes the Hollywood Reporter.

DC Entertainment will be headed by Diane Nelson as president. Paul Levitz, who has served as president/publisher of DC Comics since 2002, will find himself in a new role as a writer/contributing editor/consultant for the new enterprise.
