Simpsons and Spiderwick Contests
MyToons.com, IMAX and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are collaborating to offer two contests to fans in February.
To honor THE SIMPSONS creator Matt Groening's birthday on Friday, artists and cartoon enthusiasts are asked to draw or download a doughnut, decorate it and upload to www.mytoons.com.
One hundred contest winners will receive a dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnuts or a SIMPSONS T-shirt for sharing the Homer Simpson-worthy creations.
Contest runs through Feb. 18.
Artists are also invited to design their own fantastical creature in connection with the release of Paramount's THE SPIDERWICK CHRONICLES, opening today in IMAX and 35mm.
Upload the drawings now through Feb. 21 to www.mytoons.com; 40 winners will receive tickets to see the movie in IMAX.
