DEF JAM: ICON is among a host of new titles that have been recently release by Electronic Arts. Other new releases include: BATTLEFIELD 2142: NORTHERN STRIKE, MEDAL OF HONOR COLLECTION and three new sports titles.

In partnership with urban lifestyle powerhouse Def Jam Interactive, DEF JAM: ICON infuses hip hop beats with an advanced, next generation fighting gameplay system for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. Players use the music to their advantage to strike down their opponent with DEF JAM: ICON's new Building's with Bass fighting mechanic. The musically charged environments become alive to the beat, creating hazards that you can use to defeat your opponent. Players can even trigger the beats to set off the hazards at the right time with the game's unique DJ Controls.
