Barton Films, as technique department, and Eiken-Audiovisual Cluster in Euskadi are very glad to invite you, once again, to join us in the 3rd edition of the International Animated Film Market framed within the Basauri Bizkaia International Animated Film Festival, Animabasauri- Animabasque.
This International Animated Film Market continues with the aim to provide the professionals a fantastic opportunity of business, to be on the side of innovative companies and to provoke synergies between European broadcasters, companies and professionals around their animation projects.
The broadcasters visitors of the first editions had been, among others, TVE, BBC Cbeebies, ETB (Basque television), producers such as MagmaWorld (Ireland), Art´Mell (France), Little Dragon y WonkyFilms (UK), Filmax Animation, Forma Animada, Ink Apache, Milimetros, Baleuko (Spain); distributors such as Barton Films, Filmax Distribution, Futurikon; animators; script writers; directors and many more companies which had taken part actively making an space of professionalism, collaboration and development of Market and business. The projects, both Spanish and European, had included feature films and series, a wide range of animation styles, from the 2D, 3D to stereoscopic.
The Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao will welcome this 3rd edition of the International Forum on Animation, AnimaBasque-Business, the next April 29th. The appointment will bring together Spanish and European professionals and companies. Once again, this project counts, among others, with the support of the Basque Government and many other public and private entities.
From the organization we plan the event following the structure from last editions (an exhibition of different Spanish and European projects plus the space for direct contacts, interviews and meetings between professionals, producers, broadcasters and distributors). A well-known company/professional will give the novelty point of this edition, an interesting vision of the new technologies and their application into the animation business, or ideas for production in an international market. More details will be given from now on.

The commission of the market will communicate with the selected participant projects and will manage their attendance.
