We are focused on signing further deals from our library in CEE including a push into the region for our new live action properties Lola and Virginia and eBand.”

Saari is a 39x3’ music-based flash animated show for preschoolers about the adventures of a creative group of friends on a beautiful island called Saari. A co-production with Barcelona-based Stor Fisk, Imira Entertainment and TV3, sales have also been signed with RTP Portugal, Singapore’s Mediacorp TV12, Canal Futura Brazil, YLE in Finland, Norway’s NRK and Sweden’s SVT, the Disney Channels in Spain, Italy and Portugal, Cartoon Network Japan as well as S4C in Wales, Canal Encuentro in Argentina and TV3 in Spain.

In each episode of Saari, Pulpo the octopus, Buu the lady owl, the sensitive Pii and Rikiki the bohemian bird explore the fantastic and imaginary world of Saari, finding unexpected and funny ways to face the challenges of childhood. Combining experimental learning and humour, the characters will learn, grow and find creative solutions using their imagination through trials and errors.

Lola & Virginia (26x26’) is a live action co-production between Imira and Italy’s Brave Film  and it is produced in partnership and in joint ownership with RAI Cinema, and is pre-sold to Nickelodeon for Spain, Portugal & Italy. Imira and Brave are also co-producing eBand (26X26´), a music-centric series about school friends with a secret life as a virtual rock group.

Lola & Virginia is a pre-teen to teen dynamic pop comedy that narrates the adventures of high school. Lola is an advocate of justice and is ready to fight for anyone in need. Virginia in return, needs to be the centre of attention and will do whatever it takes to be number one. The two fifteen-year old antagonists are rivals in everything. They have completely opposite concepts of life, which creates a never-ending competition between them. It will lead to a fun cat and mouse game where no one wins or loses.

The series is based on international top-rating animated hit Lola & Virginia (52X12´), which sold in over 100 territories and 27 languages.

eBand (26X26´) follows three fifteen year old friends living an apparently normal life: they share a great passion for music and girls, and like all other kids are just trying to survive high school life in a sprawling metropolis. But there’s something that makes them different from everybody else: there’s secretly members of a virtual band with extraordinary success and their identity must be kept secret at all costs....
