Imagica Reorganizes, Renames

Imagica Holdings Inc. has reorganized its group companies. The parent company has been renamed Imagica Robot Holdings Inc. Imagica Technologies Corp., the engineering solutions division responsible for developing the Imager XE and HSX Film Scanners and the Imager HSR Film Recorder has been spun off as an independent entity.

Imagica Corp. and production company Robot Communications Inc. merged and established Imagica Holdings in April of 2006 and is now referred to as Imagica Robot Holdings. The Holding company oversees four group companies: a digital broadcasting unit, now called Imagica TV Corp., a visual content production unit, now called Imagica Imageworks Inc., a post-production company called Imagica, as well as the aforementioned engineering unit, Imagica Technologies Corp. (ITC). ITC will continue to develop and support film scanners, recorders and imaging products under the leadership of president/ceo Makoto Tsukada. ITC will be showcasing the new Imager HSR Film Recorder and Imager HSX Film Scanner from its stand (# 7.400) at the IBC Convention in Amsterdam, Holland, Sept. 8-12, 2006.

"Imagica Corp. services spans across many different digital media markets. With this reorganization, separate companies have been established for each division allowing us each to focus expressly on our areas of expertise," said Tsukada.
