Image Metrics, developer of performance-driven computer generated (CG) facial animation in video games and film, has won a Develop Award for Technical Achievement for its work on Rockstar Games' groundbreaking GRAND THEFT AUTO IV video game released in April.
Image Metrics developed facial animation for more than 80 characters in the cut scenes of the title. Natural Motion was also named as a co-recipient of the award.
