HRTS Presents The Cable Chiefs Newsmaker Luncheon

The Hollywood Radio and Television Society (HRTS) will present The Cable Chiefs Newsmaker Luncheon, the organization's annual summit on the state of the cable industry on March 15, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza.

The panel will feature Matthew Blank, chairman/ceo Showtime Networks; Ted Harbert, president/ceo Comcast Ent. Group; Doug Herzog, president, MTV Ent Group; Bonnie Hammer, president, USA Network and SCI FI Channel and Abbe Raven, president/ceo, A&E TV Networks. Michael Davies, president/ceo, Embassy Row and exec producer of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire," will moderate.

"The HRTS Cable Chiefs Newsmaker Luncheon presents a critical look at the current state of the cable network business as well as a look forward to what we can expect in the coming months as cable continues to grow and expand in importance to our business," said Chris Silbermann, president, HRTS. "We are very excited about our panel this year and look forward to hearing their perspective on the cable industry."
