Some of the industrys most famous personalities and companies are coming together for Digital Arts World, October 9-11, 2002, in London, England. The three-day conference and Digital Village areas are attracting speakers such as Hillman Curtis, design team Attik and Sony Pictures ImageWorks' Anthony La Molinara, as well as artists and practitioners from world-famous firms such as ILM, Weta Digital, The Mill, Framestore CFC, Vinton Studios, The Walt Disney Company and DreamWorks. The 3D Festival/LEAF conference will run simultaneously over the three days, presenting an impressive array of artists and practitioners. In addition to exciting panels devoted to the effects in such blockbuster films as STAR WARS: EPISODE II "ATTACK OF THE CLONES" and SPIDER-MAN, on October 11, 2002 AWN's Dan Sarto will host a day of panels devoted to effects and animation, featuring panel guests from Cosgrove Hall and TEAMcHmAn, among others.
