HimAnI Prods. Completes Full Slate of VFX Work

HimAnI Prods. has completed work on SCOOBY-DOO 2, HELLBOY and TREMORS 4 and continues contributing effects shots to the hit ABC TV series ALIAS.

For Warner Bros.' SCOOBY DOO 2: MONSTERS UNLEASHED (opening March 26), HimAnI designed, created and produced more than 30 vfx shots. These range from matte paintings and set extensions to the creation of "ghost ships" and an animated "ghost sword." HimAnI worked directly with visual effects supervisor Peter Crosman.

For Columbia/Revolution's HELLBOY (opening April 2), HimAnI created and produced more than 100 vfx shots, working with the film's director Guillermo del Toro (BLADE II, CRONOS, THE DEVIL'S BACKBONE, MIMIC) and visual effects supervisor Edward Irastorza (BLADE, BLADE II, CATS & DOGS). HimAnI's The shots include adding CG subway trains to fight scenes, animating "monster tongues and tentacles" and numerous rig removals.

For TREMORS 4: THE LEGEND BEGINS, HimAnI produced more than 60 vfx shots, working with director S.S. Wilson and Linda Drake. The direct-to-video movie is from Stampede Ent., and was recently released through Universal Home Video.

HimAnI has also contributed numerous vfx shots to several episodes of ALIAS. Clients are Jeffrey Abrams, exec producer, and Kevin Blank, visual effects supervisor.
