Hawley Joins 808inc. as Design Director

Chris Hawley has joined award-winning creative and production studio 808inc as design director.

Prior to joining 808inc., Hawley led the creative team at A.D. Vision, the number one multimedia producer and distributor of anime content in the U.S. He was responsible for hiring and managing a team of 12 designers and assisted in the early stages of hiring, training and development of a manga design team.

He was one of three lead developers of the 24-hour Anime Cable Network, the first channel solely dedicated to presenting anime and anime related programming. As its creative director, Hawley developed the Anime Network logo, block logos, website, on-air graphics, network look and programming blocks, commercials, IDs and corporate identity pieces.

Hawley also did stints with BBDO and Goswick Advertising in Houston.

Winner of multiple Gold and Silver Addy Awards, as well as a Bronze Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival, 808inc.s work has been featured by AD AGE, AD CRITIC.COM, CREATIVITY and AD WEEK and has appeared on BBC and TBS programs focusing on top advertising spots.
