Happy Feet Dances, Guy 101 Shocks at BAFTA Awards

British Academy of Film and Television Arts handed out its 2007 BAFTA awards on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007.

In animation, HAPPY FEET dances home with the award for "Best Animated Feature" while Ian Gouldstone's daring GUY 101 surprises by taking home the "Animated Short" award, beating out Joanna Quinn's multiple award winner DREAMS AND DESIRES -- FAMILY TIES and Hugh Welchman, Alan Dewhurst and Suzie Templeton's PETER AND THE WOLF.

In visual effects, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN'S CHEST won for "Best Visual Effects." Guillermo Del Toro's magical fantasy epic PAN'S LABYRINTH won for "Best Film Not In The English Language."
