Greg Gilhooly joins Cookie Jar Ent. Inc. as vp, business and legal affairs. Based in the companys Toronto head office, his responsibilities will support Cookie Jars dynamic growth as the company continues to introduce several new shows a year, expands its entertainment operations globally and solidifies its new business initiatives.

Gilhooly will report to Mark Chernin, svp, business and legal affairs.
Gilhooly was president/ceo of Wishbone Ent. Inc., an independent Toronto-based production company, after having previously served as vp, operations, of Fireworks Ent., a Toronto-based producer and distributor of theatrical films. Earlier, he was general counsel and director, corporate development, at CanWest Global Communications Corp., based in Winnipeg.
Gilhooly began his legal career as an attorney in private practice, specializing in commercial, securities and tax at Blake Cassels & Graydon in Toronto. Gilhooly is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
