Gorillaz Feel Good With Special Effects VMA Win

"Feel Good Inc.," the still blazing first single from Gorillaz' already platinum-certified DEMON DAYS, won Breakthrough Video and Best Special Effects In a Video at the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards, Aug. 28 in Miami. The hypnotic clip, which features flying windmills and landmasses as well as a cameo from De La Soul, was directed by Gorillaz co-creator Jamie Hewlett and Passion Pictures' Pete Candeland, and produced by Cara Speller and Emilie Walmsley. Production company Passion Pictures also handled vfx.
