Golden Globe Nominations Announced

Nominees for the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards are announced.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Nominees for the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards were announced this morning. Jessica Alba, Megan Fox and Ed Helms joined Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) President Dr. Aida Takla-O'Reilly for the announcement from the Beverly Hilton. Nominations were announced in 25 categories.

The 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards will air LIVE coast-to-coast on NBC on Sunday, January 13, 2013, with the pre-show from 4:00-5:00p.m. (PST)/7:00-8:00 p.m. (EST), and main telecast from 5:00-8:00 p.m. (PST)/8:00-11:00 p.m. (EST) from the Beverly Hilton Hotel with hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. The Golden Globe Awards will be seen in more than 192 countries worldwide and is one of the few awards ceremonies that span both television and motion picture achievements. The special will be produced by dick clark productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Dr. Aida Takla-O’Reilly is president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Allen Shapiro, CEO of dick clark productions, Orly Adelson, president of dick clark productions and Barry Adelman, EVP of Television at dick clark productions will executive-produce the special. Bob Bardo is the executive in charge of production.
