Be Film The Underground Film Festival (BTUFF) previously known as Tribeca Underground Film Festival (TUFF) is holding its 4th film festival. BTUFF showcases work in all genres and visual forms as long as they are shorter than 30 minutes in length. Entries may be shot or created in any format, but will need to be submitted in DVD format only. Entries should have been produced within the last two years.
