SAN FRANCISCO –October 11, 2011 –Zynga showcased new play today at Zynga Unleashed, a game event hosted by CEO and Founder Mark Pincus and held at its new San Francisco headquarters. The company gave a sneak peek of severalnew social games, including the next chapter in its “Ville” franchise and teased its own new play service, code named“Project Z.”
The games unveiled at today’s Unleashed event will be released on Facebook soon. Zynga unveiled:
* A preview of the next chapter of Zynga’s “Ville” social game franchise, CastleVille.
* The addition of a new franchise in its social game line-up, Zynga Casino. The new Zynga Casino franchise features Zynga Poker and the newly announced Zynga Bingo to create the world’s largest and most social casino.
* A new Hidden Objects genre which will soon launch a new social game,Hidden Chronicles.
The platform announcements the company unleashed today include:
* A preview of a new social games playground, code named “Project Z.”
* Three new HTML5-based games coming to Facebook’s mobile apps site: ZyngaPoker Mobile Web, Words With Friends HTML5 and Farmville Express.
* A preview of a soon-to-be-released mobile game Dream Zoo.
* Mafia Wars 2, now available on Google+.

CastleVille Created by Zynga Dallas, CastleVille is the next game in Zynga’s “Ville” franchise which includes FarmVille, FrontierVille, and CityVille.
