Adrianne Palicki (TV's FRIDAY NIGHTS LIGHTS) has landed the female lead in Paramount's G.I. JOE: COBRA STRIKES, Deadline.com. The WONDER WOMAN actress will play covert ops specialist Lady Jaye. She joins Channing Tatum, Dwayne Johnson, Elodie Yung, RZA and D.J. Cotrona. Ray Park and Byung Hun-lee are expected to return as Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, respectively. Rumors have Bruce Willis as Paramount's #1 choice to play original G.I. Joe, Joe Colton.
Jon M. Chu (JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER) is directing from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Lorenzo di Bonaventura is producing.
