French director Xavier Gens has been tapped to helm THE FALLOUT for ContentFilm International, SCREEN DAILY reports.

The film, which is being penned by Karl Mueller, is expected to be set against the backdrop of a post-apocalyptic New York. Ross Dinerstein, Darryn Welch and Tony Krantz are all signed on to produce. Gens last worked on the upcoming zombie film THE HORDE.

Shooting is expect to get underway early next year.
