WALL-E Confirmed as Next Pixar Feature

In a letter to shareholders, Walt Disney Co. ceo Robert Iger revealed the first photo of the tiny, retro robot from Pixar's next animated feature, WALL-E, various news organizations reported.

It's been previously reported that WALL-E, directed by Oscar-winner Andrew Stanton (FINDING NEMO), would be released June 27, 2008. Jim Morris, formerly president of Lucas Digital and Industrial Light & Magic's exec in charge of production, is producing the ninth feature from Pixar.
