PRODUCTION WEEKLY announced on Twitter that Kenneth Branagh's THOR feature will start production in Los Angeles in mid-January. The Marvel Studios film will then re-locate to Santa Fe, New Mexico to film from March to late-April.

Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Jaimie Alexander, Colm Feore, Samuel L. Jackson and Stellan Skarsgard star in the Paramount release, which is set to hit theaters May 20, 2011.
