ComingSoon.net spoke with producer Deborah Snyder about the conversion of Zack Snyder's SUCKER PUNCH into 3-D. She said that at this point the film would no longer be in 3-D. Zack was not convinced with the conversion tests and believes that there is not reason to ruin the 2-D version with a hasty 3-D conversion.

The percentage of box office for 3-D releases versus 2-D is quickly dropping and complaints about the conversion of CLASH OF THE TITANS and THE LAST AIRBENDER might support the Snyders cause to keep SUCKER PUNCH in 2-D.

Warner Bros. has set March 25, 2011 for the film's release.
