Snow White Writer Taking on Emily Strange

Melisa Wallack, who wrote Relativity's untitled Snow White project, has been hired by Universal to write its adaptation of EMILY STRANGE, reports Heat Vision. Created by Rob Reger, the story follows a goth girl and her four cats. Chloe Moretz (KICK-ASS) is set to play the title character. Dark Horse's Mike Richardson is the producer. Reger and Dark Horse's Keith Goldberg are exec producing.
