Bryan Singer is set to helm JACK THE GIANT KILLER for New Line and Legendary Pictures, reports the Heat Vision blog. Original Film's Neal Moritz and David Dobkin will produce.

Rewritten by Mark Bomback (LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD), the story follows a world where a peace is broken between men and giants when a princess is kidnapped. Darren Lemke penned the original script.

Michele Weiss and Michael Disco are shepherding along with Original's Ori Marmur and Legendary's Jon Jashni and Alex Garcia.
