Variety reports Rainn Wilson will join Ellen Page and Liv Tyler for the action/comedy, SUPER. James Gunn (DAWN OF THE DEAD/SLITHER) wrote and will direct, SUPER, set for a December production schedule. The film will be produced by Ted Hope's ‘This Is It’ films.

Wilson plays an everyday schmuck who assumes the secret identity of Crimson Bolt, after his wife falls for a suave drug dealer. Crimson Bolt’s super power?  His trusty wrench.  The UTA packaged-pic is being sold by HanWay Films to international territories.
