Devon Graye (DEXTER), CJ Thomason and Wes Chatham have joined After Dark Films HUSK, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. They join Tammin Sursok (AQUAMARINE). Brett Simmons will write and direct the film, which is based on his short film that was part of the Sundance lineup.

The film will follow five friends who get stranded in the countryside to be attacked by killer scarecrows. Graye will be the smart guy, Thomason the average Joe, and Chatham the athletic type.

After Dark will distribute the film through Lionsgate.

Courtney Solomon, Stephanie Caleb, Moshe Diamant and Limor Diamant are the producers.
