DreamWorks has picked up J. Michael Straczynski's script VOICES FROM THE DEAD, reports Deadline.com. The story partners magician Harry Houdini, writer Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and a psychic as they solve a string of strange murders in New York in the 1920s. Straczynski penned the screenplays for CHANGELING and THOR.
