GREEN LANTERN writer Marc Guggenheim will write the new comicbook series NOWHERE MAN for Liquid Comics, reports Deadline.com. Set in 500 years in the future, the government controls the thoughts of its citizens through nano-technology. A rebel group genetically alters a baby boy to fight against the government's control.

The series will launch in November with an initial four-issue run. Print and digital editions will be available. Jeevan J. Kang will draw the comic.
