Paramount has snatched the rights to Image's comic EXISTENCE 2.0, reports HEAT VISION. Miles Millar and Alfred Gough (SMALLVILLE) will pen the script and exec produce. Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes and Circle of Confusion's David Alpert are producing.

Written by Nick Spencer and drawn by Ronald Salas, the comic follows a selfish physicist whose consciousness jumps to the hitman who murdered him. At first the hitman's life suits him until the hitman's bosses kidnap his daughter.

Circle of Confusion's Rick Jacobs is also exec producing.
