The Fashion Institute of Technology, a State University of New York(SUNY), will open a new two year BFA program in Computer Animation &Interactive Media in January 2000. The school is looking for qualifiedCOMPUTER ANIMATION INSTRUCTORS, with industry experience, to teach thefollowing courses in the first year: Storyboarding and Storytelling;Principles of Animation; History of Animation; 3D Modeling & Animation(Softimage); Advanced 3D Modeling (Softimage); 3D Animation (Softimage);Interface Design; and Music and Sound Design. The school is also lookingfor 3D Studio Max Experience for an existing animation class.
