The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, announced their Senior Animation and Film Screening, will be held on Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20, 2001. In addition, more than 30 animation majors will screen their senior thesis films. The screening is at the Arts Bank, at the corner of South and Broad Streets in the heart of Philadelphia and is free and open to the public. Animation students at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia have recently won first place in the student film category of the ASIFA-East Animation Festival.
